What type of events does Hope & Grand cater?
All kinds! We can host a small lunch for 10 guests, seated three-course dinner for 1500, or anything in between. We offer all service styles, including plated; family-style service; buffets; tray passed or displayed hors d’oeuvres; boxed meals; and action stations.
I’ll need a microphone and projector screen; are those items you have?
Absolutely! The Music Center’s on-site Production Team offers an array of A/V elements including staging, risers, lighting, as well as audio and projection capabilities. The Hope & Grand team will work with you and the local union production teams to develop an estimate of all rental and labor charges for your event.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, we partner with the Parking Company of America for all parking needs. Both self-parking and valet options are available.
I want a beautifully lit bar with couches to match; where do I start?
Our team has lasting relationships with an extensive list of preferred vendors. Once we understand the goals for your event, we will connect you with our recommended rental vendors, who can provide the furniture, linens, or decorations to exceed your vision. Any outside vendors must be approved by your Hope & Grand event manager.
How can I get my guests safely to our event space?
For most events, The Music Center will provide ushers and security. Depending on the nature and size of the event, The Music Center will also connect you with a fire safety officer and housekeeping team.
I want to host my event with you! How do I secure my date?
A member of the Hope & Grand team will submit a space request to The Music Center’s scheduling department. The scheduling department will review the request and cross-reference availability with the master calendar, including each resident company’s show schedule. Once your date and time are approved, the scheduling department will provide Hope & Grand Events with an outline of all space rental charges. Depending on the date requested, the space approval process can take up to two weeks
